When Emailing, please remember to tell me in which Country you reside! I will then be able to Quote you a price - including postage - in your own Currency.
Retail Terms and Conditions
- I
can accept Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal and am happy to accept Cheques and/or
Money Orders in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.
Cheques should be made payable to L.M.BIRD.

payment must be sent with your order and the correct
Postage be added to the Total due.
- Please
remember to state any colour preferences on clothing items with your
order
- Goods
will be sent by an insured method appropriate to their value.
- I
make every doll and outfit and will not send out any Goods which I am
not happy with or do not meet my high expectations. I
will therefore only exchange or replace items if they have been lost or damaged
during transit. If this happens, please contact me at once.
- If
you wish to cancel part or all of your order, you must Email Me
immediately. If your order has already been
started and/or materials bought or ordered by us on your behalf, then
you will be liable for the costs incurred by us by ordering such
materials and any work which has already been started.
