‘Once upon a time there was a little boy called Kay who met The Snow Queen……….’

Kay stared at the magnificent lady who had alighted from an equally magnificent sleigh. She was dressed from head to toe in glittering white and silver, dotted with tiny ice crystals. Her cloak was trimmed with what looked to Kay like fur, but on closer inspection, was snow and on her proud head was a shining crown made entirely of ice!
A snowy white horse with three tinkling silver bells pulled the sparkling sleigh, which also seemed to be made of snow and ice. Kay had never seen such a sight before.

Suddenly the lady addressed him: ‘Would you like to ride in my beautiful sleigh, little boy?’ 
‘Oh yes please’ said Kay with great excitement. ‘But what shall I do with my sledge?’
‘We will tie it to the sleigh’ said the Snow Queen. ‘Come my dear, for soon it will be dark’……

This magnificent five-piece ensemble has been hand crafted by Angelique Miniatures to the highest of standards and depicts in exquisite detail the well-known and much loved story of THE SNOW QUEEN. This ensemble is a VERY limited edition of only two ensembles. Number one (of two) has been sold. Number two (of two) is available to order.

The Snow Queen doll stands five and a half inches tall and is dressed in a gown of white and silver silk trimmed with lace, braid and tiny crystals. Under the gown she wears lace trimmed white pantaloons and a matching petticoat along with silver boots. Over her magnificent gown is a silver silk and organza cloak dotted with holographic glitter and trimmed with white chenille. On her head is a glittering crown embellished with the tiniest stars and clear crystals. Around her neck is a shining snowflake pendant made from the tiniest, individually applied crystals.

Kay stands at just four and a half inches tall and wears a tweed jacket and hat in shades of brown and burgundy along with a cosy scarf. On his feet are real leather boots and he wears dark brown breeches and tan coloured hose. Kay pulls a real wooden sledge measuring three inches long by one and a half inches wide.

The Snow Queen’s sleigh is clear but is lined with silver silk and braid and a charming little silk seat has been added to the inside. The sleigh itself measures five and a half inches long, three inches tall and two inches wide and is decorated further with holographic snow flakes, chenille and glitter. (The Snow Queen doll will sit in the sleigh although her beautiful costume is best displayed in a standing position.) 

The magnificent horse wears a ‘coat of silver silk trimmed with braid. His mane and tail are decorated with tiny holographic stars and his hooves are painted with glittering silver paint. Across his chest are three silvery bells. The horse measures six inches long and six inches high to the tops of his ears.
The horse and sleigh together measure almost twelve inches long.
